SBI Recruitment Clerk 2016 : SBI (State Bank of India) has recently published a SBI Clerk notification 2016-17 inviting applications for Assistants in Clerical Cadre department for the month of April. Aspirants can fill up the form and apply for it. Last year, SBI had recruited around 6000 Posts for Assistants in Clerical cadre. This year SBI has published notification for more vacancies at www.sbi.co.in.

The candidates will have to go through three phases (Pre, Main and GD/Interview) for the recruitment. The recruitment date has yet not been finalized by SBI. Here Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview and will be allotted on the basis of it. Applications are invited from interested eligible candidates who will have to go through preliminary and main examinations along with a personal interview/group discussion. SBI Clerk Recruitment 2016 Exam Date is yet not announced but is soon expected to be announced. After the dates are announced, fill up your forms as soon as possible or at least before the last date in order to be eligible for the exam.

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2016 Selection Process

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2016 Selection Process will be divided into several stages i.e. document verification, personal interview and an online test. At first, the candidate will have to pass through the online exams (preliminary and main) and after that at the end go through a personal interview followed by document verification. At last, a merit list is drawn, in which the candidates are put into the list on the basis of normalized score of the test and interview. The candidates who’re selected into the merit list are recruited for assistant in clerical cadre.

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2016 Eligibility criteria

Candidates are requested to read the SBI Clerk eligibility criteria before filling up the forms. A candidate is eligible for SBI Clerk 2016 Recruitment only if he/she fulfills the criteria. Candidates are eligible for the exam if:

1. The candidate should have completed his/her graduate or equivalent irrespective of the discipline from a state or central recognized university.
2. As on the specified date, the candidate should be between 20-28 years of age.
3. Upper age limit to specific categories is granted.

SBI Recruitment 2016 Clerk Application Fee

1. For General/OBC : 600 INR
2. For SC/ST/PWD/XS : 100 INR

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2016 Admit Card

SBI Clerk Admit card 2016 will be available for only those candidates who have filled up the application form and paid the application fee. For downloading admit card, the candidates can go to the official website of SBI and enter the mandatory details such as application number, DOB etc. After you’ve entered the necessary details, the admit card will be generated. You can print the admit card by clicking on Print”. SBI Clerk Hall Ticket 2016 is compulsory to bring in the venue. You’ll not be allowed to give the exam if you don’t have the hall ticket.
